Update: Alex came back today to finish our job (I told you the windows were stubborn. The house has been unoccupied for several years due to renovations.)Yesterday he cleaned storm windows and tracks of old wasp nests, curtains of spider webs, dirt, leaves, and three years of collected detritus. Today he finished that awful mess and cleaned the glass. I am so pleased! The windows look wonderful! I don't think the tracks have looked this clean in thirty years, and the windows shine. This was the best experience we've had with a window washing service! Alex is the business owner and he is the one who did the work for us. He is well organized, polite, careful, and did an excellent job with our windows. Did I mention careful? He spent time on each window and triple checked that it was clean without any spots or wipe marks, and offered to come back and address any we find afterwards (which we did not!). His fee was less than what we had paid previously for our windows by a contractor who was far less focused on quality and satisfaction. He seems like a good and thoughtful person too - someone we liked doing business with and writing this enthusiastic review for. Thank you, Alex!
