Alex is very professional and did a great job. Very meticulous and thorough in his work. I would highly recommend Alex to clean your windows. Finally, he greeted me this morning with a firm hand shake, and a couple of fresh made chocolate chip cookies with a thank you note for giving him the opportunity. Class act !!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much Eb! I thoroughly enjoyed taking care of your home today!

From the moment I answered the door and was greeted with freshly baked cookies I knew Alex was a genuine good person. He was on-time, very professional, and dressed for business... As a former business owner myself Alex knocked it out of the park... Highly recommend, I definitely will be using him again

Response from the owner:Eric thank you so much for your kind words! I really enjoyed working with you today, and it was my privilege to go the extra mile for you and your wife. I look forward to working with you again!

Alex was exceptional. He kept in communication on when he would be there. He was very flexible as we had to readjust a few times due to the HOA power washing. He took his time. He asked questions to make sure we were happy with the results. Very conscientious very good. Would definitely recommend again in fact he is scheduled for a minimum of once a year to do the windows. The thank you note was a wonderful touch and the goodies were as well. Pictures are of before and after. They do not do it justice but trust me they are sparkling clean . Thank you Alex.

Response from the owner:You're most welcome Lisa! It was wonderful getting to know you and your husband during the service. And thank you so much for the kind words, that truly means the world to me. I look forward to serving you again next year!

I wanted to share a glowing 5-star review for Alex with Fenestra Window Cleaning. He stopped by our office to introduce his services, and I immediately appreciated how professional he was—friendly and informative without being pushy at all. His pricing was also very reasonable, which made the decision even easier. I scheduled an appointment yesterday, and he arrived right on time today as promised. He worked efficiently and quietly, ensuring there was no interruption to our daily operations or to clients coming and going. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. We will absolutely be using this company again, and I highly recommend Fenstra Window Cleaning to other local businesses looking for reliable and professional service.

Response from the owner:Thank you so much Amanda! That makes me so happy to hear the whole process was pleasant. It was wonderful serving you all and I look forward to helping out again!

Alex did an amazing job. He showed up when he said he would and asked us what area we wanted him to do first. He is courteous and very conscientious of where he is cleaning and takes precautions. Our windows have never been professionally done, so glad we had it done that way this time. No streaks and so shiny clean, better than I had done previously. Already booked him to come back again next year to clean again. Worth the money and it puts time back in my day. Would highly recommend his services. Thank you Alex for your outstanding job.

Response from the owner:Thank you for the kind words! I really appreciate your support! And you're most welcome, it was a pleasure serving you and your husband!
