Alex impressed me from the moment we met. I could tell he took pride in his business and understood the importance of creating and maintaining customer satisfaction and goodwill. He's a smart, dedicated young man. I expect he and Fenestra will do well. More later when our job is complete; he's hard at work right now and is taking great care with our very elderly stubborn windows. Update: Alex came back today to finish our job (I told you the windows were stubborn. The house has been unoccupied for several years due to renovations.)Yesterday he cleaned storm windows and tracks of old wasp nests, curtains of spider webs, dirt, leaves, and three years of collected detritus. Today he finished that awful mess and cleaned the glass. I am so pleased! The windows look wonderful! I don't think the tracks have looked this clean in thirty years, and the windows shine. I would recommend Fenestra without reservation. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This was the best experience we've had with a window washing service! Alex is the business owner and he is the one who did the work for us. He is well organized, polite, careful, and did an excellent job with our windows. Did I mention careful? He spent time on each window and triple checked that it was clean without any spots or wipe marks, and offered to come back and address any we find afterwards (which we did not!). His fee was less than what we had paid previously for our windows by a contractor who was far less focused on quality and satisfaction. He seems like a good and thoughtful person too - someone we liked doing business with and writing this enthusiastic review for. Thank you, Alex!

Alex showed up on time. He was methodical in his work and did every window on all 3 floors inside and out. He was respectful. He cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with the end result and we will have him back again. A very humble young man who understands customer service.

Fenestra recently provided an exterior window cleaning service at our home. Alex was prompt, professional and very friendly to work with. He cleaned all the windows on our 2 story house and did an excellent job at a very fair price. He followed up to make sure the job was done right. Alex did a fantastic job on our screen porch for our wedding celebration. The windows haden't been cleaned in some time, so they were pretty dirty. When he was finished, they sparkled! His attention to detail is amazing! Highly recommend.
